Life Together Around the Word
The women of Renfrew Baptist gather each month for a simple but meaningful rhythm: shared meals, time in the Word, prayer, and mutual care. These gatherings are not built around programs or personalities, but around a shared desire to grow in Christ together. Over lunch, friendships deepen. In the Scriptures, we are reminded again of what is true. In prayer, we bring our lives before the Lord and one another.
Older Women, Younger Women, One Faith
Our vision is shaped in part by Titus 2, where older women are called to teach and model a life of godliness for younger women -- not in a formal or distant way, but through ordinary, faithful presence. Wisdom is passed down, burdens are shared, and encouragement is given in the midst of real life.
Growing Toward Maturity in Christ
These gatherings are a place where women can be known and strengthened: learning to love what is good, to live with self-control and faithfulness, and to walk with Christ in the everyday. The goal is maturity -- growing together into women who reflect the character of Christ in our homes, our relationships, and our witness in the world.
